The Oasis
The Oasis is a compact multi-apartment residential and short-stay development in Birkirkara, Malta. The proposal organises a sequence of ground-floor, upper-floor and penthouse apartments within a narrow urban block.
Across the different unit types, a restrained material palette of warm timber, soft neutral surfaces and teal accents creates a consistent identity. Integrated lighting, practical storage and open living-dining-kitchen arrangements help each apartment feel efficient and welcoming.
C5 Role
Interior design support, exterior and interior 3D visualization, and floor-plan presentation.
Local statutory review and approval remain with the appointed locally warranted professionals.
